In the third appearance of the Angel of Peace at Fatima,(Before Mary's Apparations, 
the Angel of Peace came and prepaired the three favored children for Mary's Apparations) 
he held a chalice in his left hand and in his right hand  extended over the chalice, he 
held a host from which drops of blood fell into the chalice. The Angel left the  host 
and chalice suspended in mid air, prostrated himself on the ground, and said the 
following prayer three times:

"Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly. I offer You the most precious Body, Blood , Soul and Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for all the outrages, sacrileges adn indifferences by which He is Offended. By the infinite merits of His most Sacred Heart adn through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I pray for the conversion of poor sinners."
